The Savage Angels have had more than their share of loss but when war is declared by an unknown they rally together to once prove they are a club not to be messed with. Things have been quiet since the tragic events surrounding Dane and Kat's wedding, with the club finding its balance after the horrors but unfortunately life in an MC is rarely a walk in the park. The Cherry is shot up, an MC member is found beaten to death and Destiny takes a personal hit in the latest war to start on their turf. The Savage Angels are unsure where the threat is from and they battle against the clock to find those responsible. Can Dane lead his MC to victory, claim retribution for the losses and keep Kat happy or is he just juggling too much?
This is also Destiny and Kade's story. After finding her in a car wreck he becomes her rock. Helping to anchor her during a storm of torment he quickly realises that she holds the key to his heart. Destiny feels safe in his arms and with the help of Tobias she slowly starts the healing process. Can Kade see past her being a victim and see the woman that desperately needs him? Kade is lost in his need for vengeance and to find those responsible. Driven to keep Destiny safe whilst doing club business can he be the man she and the club needs?
This fourth book in the Savage Angels series does not disappoint. It's fast paced, has all our favourite characters and has the usual blend of romance and angst that we have all come to love. With sub plots and the beginnings of other stories I found myself immersed in the wonderful world of the Savage Angels, desperate to find out more about all of them. I loved that Kat and Dane do not get their happily ever after as easily as some as their worlds collide, a rockstar and a biker...can they ever really work? The MC has its enemies, can Dane prove he isn't pussy whipped and show the rival MC that you don't start a war with the Angels and expect to win?
A four and a half star I need to know what happens next read!

Kathleen Kelly was born in Penrith, NSW, Australia. When she
was four her family moved to Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Although born in NSW she
considers herself a QUEENSLANDER!!
She married her childhood sweetheart and they live in
