This was one book that I was really looking forward to reading as I needed answers from where the last book was left.
Bear is in prison after taking blame for the killing of Thia's parents. This is the thing that I love about Bear as he is fiercely protective, and so completely in love with Thia.
Plans are put in place and Bear is going to have the fight of his life in this read. Surprise visits from the dead, leave Bear with questions needing answers.
Thia is so upset and angry that Bear kept her in the dark about his plan to protect her. Waiting for Bear to be released is agony for her. She wants to help, she needs to, but she is thwarted in her attempts as she has a babysitter in the form of Rage.
I am very intrigued with Rage and I do hope that we will have her story as she seems like a broken girl inside.
This read is full of betrayal, love, protection, violence as you would expect from T.M Frazier. Her writing has you glued from the very first page, but she also has you guessing and wanting answers.
The way this book ended, I wanted to shout and scream, I need to know the answers to my questions and with that I cannot wait for the next book.
